The White Swan Bar (capacity 125)

The White Swan Bar (capacity 125) is an ideal space for a club event, birthday celebration or corporate party. This is the social hub of the venue, with its own bar and toilet facilities, plus dedicated DJ booth, disco lighting and smoke machine. There is a stage next to the DJ booth for performance or presentation, and this can be extended if required. There are several TV screens in the space that can be used for promotional graphics or screenings, plus a big 120" screen projector too. The space also has access to our beer garden, with outdoor heaters, smoking area, plus chairs & tables.

Whole Venue (capacity 600)

Capacity: Up to 600 Standing guests

The White Swan is comprised of three spaces that can be hired separately or combined to make for a multi-room experience. The White Swan Bar (capacity 125). The Basement Club (capacity 175). Majingos (capacity 300). We also have an outdoor beer garden with covered areas, chairs and tables. Please see each space's section on this site for full details of specifications and features.

The Basement Club (capacity 175)

Capacity: Up to 175 Standing guests

Pricing: 500 / Venue Fee

The Basement Club is our subterranean dance club (capacity 175). There's a dedicated DJ booth, disco lighting, smoke machine, plus private bar and toilet facilities. Access to The Basement Club can either be from the staircase that leads up to The White Swan Bar (ideal if you are combining spaces), or alternatively we can provide access via private back staircase that leads out to our external beer garden with outdoor heating, smoking area, plus tables and chairs.

Majingos (capacity 300)

Capacity: Up to 300 Standing guests

Pricing: 750 / Venue Fee

Majingos is our largest room (capacity 300) and can be utilised as either a large club space or with seating for cabaret or performance. The space has its own bar, toilet facilities, a 50" TV screen for visuals or screenings, a private smoking area that leads out to our beer garden, plus a dressing room, four VIP booths and a mezzanine area, not to mention a fixed dancers pole and circular stage! Majingos can be hired as as individual space, or there is an internal door connecting it to The White Swan Bar for a larger two room (or three room, if you include The Basement Club) event.
